No fabien, context and duplication data is responsible of this. If I leave end user to check and uncheck boxes (customer, suppliers) how can I be sure my data are ok ?

you imagine, if I make business with asustek I have to check customer, and have to go to all his contact to check customer to ? that's a joke ?

Partner (commercial entity) is a customer, suppliers ... and contact are just contact for this suppliers, customers. I your model you should add is_suppliers and is_customer to the automatic duplicating data function. And this appears on lots of object (be sure I will do video to show you and not just say we need to semantic fields)
