Hmmm... This discussion/debate of use of float never seems to end ???

The solution IMHO is to use Decimals which avoids all the nonsense of rounding (of course at the cost of performance, which could be improved 12x by use of cDecimal http://<email address hidden>/msg01347.html).

Quoting one of my friends in the OpenERP community "We have uml designer, view designer, report desinger, fancy dashboards but can't do a single sum(debit) :)"
