If i add a user with an E-Mail address including a dot like "<email address hidden>" then the "reply to" and "from" e-mail addresses are wrong!

They look like:

From: Michael Karrer <email address hidden>
Reply-To: Michael Karrer <email address hidden>

Which is obviously wrong?!?
