Comment 2 for bug 1691115

A couple of comments:

1) I'm trying to copy this keyboard:

2) When you use capslock, OnBoard does not output capital-sized characters. You have to click twice on the key to get the corresponding character capitalized. I cannot understand if this behavior is correct (maybe related to the syllable-assembly mechanism) or is an error.
