Enable -proposed and install libfprint-2-2 (1:1.94.5+tod1-0ubuntu2.1), followed the steps below

[test]
 * Enroll one random finger

 * Reboot and enter BIOS to reset fingerprint device (HP laptops)

 * Boot into system and re-enroll the finger

 * Login system with enrolled finger

I can login the system with re-enrolled finger.
