As I use a jammy and add ppa by

> sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ycheng-twn/fwupd-jammy-6

the I do a apt-get dist-upgrade, it can properly upgrade and it will remove libfwupdplugin5.

Per check,

1. now libprotobuf-c1 shall be already copy to jammy/main.
2. libfwupdplugin7 now live in jammy-proposed/main

I think with above, image build shall works now.

Could you please kindly confirmed again if we do need an dummy/transitional libfwupdplugin5?

Ref: Per the information I got, below is the failed log of image build due to this fwupd SRU:
 fwupd : Depends: libprotobuf-c1 (>= 1.3.1) but it is not installable
 libfwupdplugin5 : Depends: libfwupd2 (= 1.7.5-3) but 1.8.3-1~22.04.1 is to be installed
