Hi David,
From the last comment I understand that the errors seen are not related to the tests that are commented. I see the tempest tests to be skipped even in top of the tree.
Would it make sense to enable them now. If you are fine with enabling the tests, I will raise a bug in launchpad and get the tests enabled.
