The Software RAID part needs a complete rewrite, and this could be a huge work.
Package management should say something about "apt-clone".
As root does have a password on NCP, sudo would probably better be forgotten at some places.
Configuration of APT should cover subject "/etc/apt/sources.list.d" in "Extra Repositories".
Last paragraph in "Network Configuration->Ethernet" is about /etc/network/interfaces (and manpage), which do not exist on NCP. Same thing about the whole "Bridging" sub-chapter.

Suggestion: could you make the documentation editable by other contributors? As-is, you would have to work a lot to keep up with (potential) contributions.
