Slawek, yes that's correct.

The fact that we have been running jobs on Limestone again for the last couple weeks with no recurrence makes it seem like some sort of weird edge case, maybe in some cases the port filters which block the RAs aren't being set up correctly and by chance we managed hit that on one of the jobs that generates RAs.
