It seems two topics are discussed in this bug report: the one is mocking error and the other is slow unittests in python 2.6.
It seems the title "neutron unittest require minimum 4gb memory" and the merged fix is not relevant directly.

It is confusing that this bug in stable/havana is marked as "Fix Committed".
The original bug "neutron unittest require minimum 4gb memory" is not addressed yet.
Is it better to split the bug?
