Unable to create a dscp marking rule on a QoS Policy in Stable/PIKE version of openstack. Please find below for the error seen while creating dscp marking rule:
Failed to create Network QoS rule: HttpException: Conflict (HTTP 409) (Request-ID: req-da7d8998-9d8c-4aea-a10b-326cc21b608e), Rule dscp_marking is not supported by port 69451c9b-cff3-453d-9c4c-a2849ffcdc1f
