I can do this, but the description says:

"In preparation for Liberty's semver changes, we want to re-release 2015.1.0 as 1.0.0"

And then later, the tag requested is this:

Branch: stable/kilo
From Commit: d9b9a6421d7ff92e920ed21b01ebc7bf49e38bd6
New Tag: 1.1.0

Do you want me to tag "1.0.0" or "1.1.0"? Or both? I think both, but just want confirmation.

Also, these are both on stable/kilo?
