I do not approve upgrading RabbitMQ in 5.0.2, as well as many other non-openstack components. We do not support upgrade for these components, the only thing we support is patching of openstack components, and struggling to make patching of pythonish deps of openstack.

Upgrade of RabbitMQ might destroy an OpenStack cluster, and thus it's a highest risk.
