Comment 3 for bug 1434217

Artem, looks like this issue was not solved in MOS 6.1.
I have changed milestone to 7.0 and also changed status from In Progress to Incomplete because we have no fix on review for the issue and have no any comments from you about the root of the problem and the current status.
Could you please update the description and add some comments here, set the correct milestone and status.
