Georgy, could you please test the packages above ^ on your environment? (you'll need to update libvirt on all compute nodes and restart libvirtd service)
Again, please be aware, that this only makes libvirt more robust in terms of automatically starting instances in case of such a failure. Should the very same thing happen to VMs disks, the data not flushed to disks before hard reset is lost at this point.
