Comment 2 for bug 1442910

So, looks like it is duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/murano/+bug/1438810 - so, right now it is impossible to delete environment if deployment hangs. It is "by design" and this feature will be created in the future releases of Murano and MOS.
Right now we can remove the environments manually from the database only.
