Comment 3 for bug 1369611

According to provided logs at the same time for the same port delete_port and update_device_down commands have been executed. That's why update_device_down shows this DBError.

Environment where this error can be reproduced is required for further analysis as it is not clear in what case this commands execute together. Later these commands are executed one after another and error does't appear.
