When Gstreamer is missing more than one codec to play a file (e.g. a video file for which both audio and video codecs are missing), the "missing codec" popup displays twice, but the second instance cannot be closed and remains on top of the main UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Remove e.g. gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg
2) Try to play a WMV video file
