I agree with Daniel your first drafts look nice.

Drag and drop adding to playlists is ok though. That one is hard to achieve with a controller anyway.

Some hints for further designs

- We get a lot of comments to add a split view library
- Tell us a bit more how this can be costumized in other views (AutoDJ/Analyse/Playlists), The big problem with the
   current design is that it is to static and we can hardly add any new features.
- I personally would like to have the left column as icons only to save screen space and show more information about the tracks
- I think on the mailing list we explored the possibilty leave the default listview and go for other ways to display the library. One idea was to have if behave like browsing folders in a filebrowser. The idea there is that humans are a lot better in regconizing shapes and positions then written words.
