This is an alternative API with an alternative skinning procude for features_beatloop branch.
Basically you have two push buttons for selecting an beatloop size, and a CO showing what an index is pointing(the beatloop_size).

Working on a widget to show beatloop_size as fraction, but that is another patch.

(Let me know if this is the wrong way to handle patches against features branchs)
