I'm confused by the description -- they must be installed via scons install, otherwise our Debian packages would be broken / not include skins?

I think this bug is requesting the ability to "update" a mixxx install via "scons install", and that's a much more complicated feature, something that a package system is meant to handle, so I'm tempted to mark WontFix?
