Midori should open the sidebar when starting a download

Bug Description
Currently there is no indication of the progression of a download. After clicking on a link and on "save", there is no confirmation that the file is currently transferred and at which rate until it's finished. Upon starting a download midori should show the progress, which is in the sidebar.

Perhaps a top right popup notification download started or a notification that is noticable but not in your face like the sidebar is. But the notification could have a quicklink to the sidebar downloads
