Bug Description

When a file is being downloaded in Midori, there is no clear indicator anywhere in the browser that a file is being downloaded. Neither is there an indicator in the dock icon. It would be nice if there was some sort indicator in the dock icon and in the browser itself that an active download or a paused one was going on. Or, that a seperate download pane would pop up, similiar to what firefox currently does.
