Bug Description
Many elementary apps place their disclosure triangles on the right side of the sidebar. This puts more focus on the section itself, and not that it can be expanded or collapsed.

The idea is interesting, I didn't realize that other apps do this. There's a problem we need to address, and which is an outstanding issue regardless: ellipsize instead of horizontal scrolling.
Treeview doesn't want to ellipsize and I have no clue how to work-around it. The attached patch does the expanders, but you won't see any text at all. Takes welcome.
