Here's my proposal:

One thing I will do is to either disable the "Help" button or remove it from all the tab under "Preferences" dialog. In addition to help, I want to do the following:-

   Preferences
Main - Bob and I talked about redo the Download so that all
files will be downloaded to a specific location and
not allow the user to change it. I believe this is the
approach iphone and other mobile browser took.

Tabs - Remove the option "New pages should be opened in:".
Always open external link in new tab.

     Content - Stays the same.

     Feeds - Stays the same.

     Privacy - Stays the same.

     Security - Stays the same.

     Advanced:
          General - Stays the same.
Network - Replace by gconf. If gconf not available, resize
the dialog to fit the screen. The Cache option
can be move into General tab.
Update - Stays the same for now. Don't really know how
update is going to be handled in Midbrowser.
          Encryption - Stays put.

Asac, can any of these property pages handle thru gconf? Will gconf availabe for the mobile release by default? The current image-creator does not pull in gconf by default.
