1. a is the list, c is the sorting function and yes they can be viewed as the same request.
2. Once you're in a blog post of a particular journal, there is no one click way of moving to another journal. You must first go back to the list of journals and then choose the journal you want to view. It's a 2 clicks operation. We have the same situation in plans and CDPS. It looks like there should be a list of journals, plans or cpd accessible from the menu like a third level menu :
Level 1 : Dashboard, <Content>, Portfolio, etc.
Level 2 : Profile, <journals>, CPDS, Plans, etc.
Level 3 : Journal 1, Journal 2, Journal 3, etc.
This way, a user could switch easily from one journal to another, from one plan to another, etc. in a one-click operation
