Per LP #1234880, auto-detect does not work and I need to manually set
IPMI power driver to 'LAN_2_0' via the web UI. However once I
commission the node, the IPMI power driver is reset by MAAS to
auto-detect. It seems unexpected and undesirable to override
something the user explicitly changed like this.
