Yes, I see what you mean. They do it their way :-/
But there is also the general problem of people getting confused by
lubuntu.net, because Mario is sometimes (often(?)) lagging behind, when
there is a new release. I am thinking of not only the links from it, but
the information in lubuntu.net itself.
And several search engines still put it at the top of the list.
