True. To be checked if this can be fixed by treeview attributes. Otherwise I don't think there's much we can do about it (maybe some logic with viewport adjustions, but adding users is already slow. So I'd avoid any extra stuff during user inserts) .

Workaround for transferview is to order the list with something not so 'jumpy', for example hub column.
