Hi,

I created this PR for ansible which changes the endpoint used to grab ppa information from launchpad.net/api to api.launchpad.net

I noticed api.launchpad.net does not seem to have the same issue

@cjwatson Even if you come up with a fix for the issue being discussed here, should the ansible launchpad endpoint be changed from launchpad.net to api.launchpad.net?
