Though I think that translating the whole Lauchpad would be fine, I think that support tracker is one of the most important things to translate and should be one of the first ones; even if we don't have to use Rosetta with that.
Maybe you can think a way of dealing with support tracker translation (at least, text on mails sent) that doesn't involve Rosetta right now, so it can be given higher priority.
