BugTrackerSet:+index is showing up on https://devpad.canonical.com/~stub/ppr/lpnet/latest-daily-timeout-candidates.html as taking a very long - consistently well above 10 seconds, with only 30% or so under. This is probably timing and and showing up on our top-oopsers already.
