This is not going to be possible in the near future, as we don't keep track of
the exact action that gave you karma points --we only store the type of that
action.
Also, I think the right place to seek bugs you commented or specifications you
touched would be under the 'Bugs' and 'Specifications' facets, respectively.
Although now you can't do a search for the bugs you commented on, bug 2982
already asks for that and it should be pretty straightforward to implement.
