Even if this old bug has "low" importance, the example below shows that such a feature is a *must* under some conditions.

Have a look at https://translations.launchpad.net/apturlredirector/trunk/+pots/user/en_GB/+translate search for suggestions for "Yes" and read the one starting with "Impact of ARPANS-like legislation on minerals industry in Australia". This suggestion for "Yes" is -unbelievablely- an article with 517 lines and 15534 characters! (Attached as a text file.) Probably someone pasted it by mistake and saved it accidentally, once upon a time.

I'm not sure about the source of it because on the page I referred above it says that was "Suggested in xulrunner-1.9.1 in Ubuntu Karmic package "xulrunner-1.9.1" [ https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/xulrunner-1.9.1/+pots/xulrunner-1.9.1/en_GB/1683/+translate ] by ZhongHan Cai on 2009-09-21". There, it says that it was "Suggested in evince in Ubuntu Natty package "evince" [ https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/evince/+pots/evince/en_GB/19/+translate ] by dyah on 2009-03-12". And finally there it refers again to the fisrst one. As if its a loop.

Anyway, that 517 lines and 15534 characters "article" shows up as a suggestion for "Yes". This is unacceptable.

Obviously there should be a mechanism to remove such suggestions permanetly. As a workaround for now, I wish someone in charge of such things, at least, to manually remove that "article suggestion" for "Yes".
