Link to basic tips -- give people the change to see what they need to do for auto approval, suggest bzr import.

Suggest people get in touch with us as we won't get in touch with them.

Explain that uploading a .po file without a template is no good.

Explain that updates to a template, and its .po files, that has been previously approved will be automatically approved within a few hours after upload. Come to us if that doesn't happen.

If it's a new template, it'll take a few days to be approved. If it doesn't happen, come to us -- answers.lp.net/rosetta.

Once it's approved, it'll usually be imported quite quickly -- for Ubuntu up to a day, for upstream projects much quicker.
