Comment 6 for bug 30537

We may want an expander allowing finer control of what doing a duplication means - we have:
 - comments
 - subscribers
 - tags
 - tasks [including e.g. assignee on the same-project task]

and depending on circumstances exposing some of these on the master bug is appropriate|inappropriate.
