Comment 7 for bug 290101

The current "incomplete" status is highly annoying, as the bug progress usually goes like this:

1. Report bug
2. Maintainer sets status to incomplete with clear or unclear request for information
3. The requested information is provided by the reporter
4. The bug times out! <- This MUST be prevented somehow
