Taking the default font size down to what is normal would help, but a solution would be to add:

  <br clear="all">

or CSS:

  {clear: both;}

to shift the table below the side boxes.

Moving the 'Search ...', 'Latest Bugs...', 'Latest Support Requests...' applets to the Left hand side would free up more useful space for the table to spill into.
