It is possible to add a comment to a bug report directly from the bug page, and there is no benefit to doing so on a separate page. Therefore +addmessage (e.g. https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+sources/launchpad-integration/+bug/1234/+addmessage) shouldn't exist.
