Launchpad asks for 64x64 team branding image, but it is not used

Bug Description
Description:
The older version of Launchpad needed branding of 3 different sizes for it's teams -- One for the icon (14x14), one for the top image (64x64) and a large one next to the description (192x192)
In the latest release, the top image (64x64) is no longer there and it has been replaced by another 14x14 image next to the team's name.
What was expected:
While adding a branding to a team, launchpad should not ask for a 64x64 image unnecessarily.
What happens:
There still exists a provision for the 64x64 braiding image. Please remove the same if it is not needed.

Launchpad 3.0 will use the 64x64. Since the favoured images change every year. the branding form should state where each image will be used (or not used at all).
