Bug 267808, bug 267792, and bug 267530 are examples of bugs that were recently reported about "Launchpad itself", and later moved to "Launchpad Foundations". I am subscribed to the "Launchpad Foundations" project, but at the time these bugs were reported, I was not subscribed to "Launchpad itself".

Nevertheless, in each case I received not one but two notifications.

The first notification:
* correctly had "X-Launchpad-Message-Rationale: Subscriber (Launchpad Foundations)"
* incorrectly had "[NEW]" in the Subject line
* incorrectly said "you have been subscribed to a public bug" (no, I was already subscribed to the whole project)
* did not mention who reported the bug
* correctly said "Affects: launchpad-foundations"
* correctly said "You received this bug notification because you are subscribed to Launchpad Foundations."

The second notification:
* had "X-Launchpad-Message-Rationale: Subscriber (Launchpad Foundations)"
* had "Re: " in the Subject line
* incorrectly said "Changed in: launchpad-foundations" (no, when it was changed it was in "Launchpad itself")
* incorrectly said "Product: Launchpad itself => Launchpad Foundations" (they're projects)
* said "You received this bug notification because you are subscribed to Launchpad Foundations."

What should happen: I should receive one notification not two, it should not claim that the report is new, it should not use the word "Product", and it should not claim that the report was changed in the project it was moved to.
