menu "actions" is missing in "Mentoring available" in "overview"

Bug Description
The menu actions dont appear in "Mentoring available, but is present in the other actions (not the same in "register branches"), to go back you need to click on overview or on the browser (FF3) "go back one page", maybe for consistency will be better a common menu in all options.
