We seem to be doing a lot of permission-checking queries in `lp.registry.browser.sourcepackage.SourcePackageOverviewMenu.userCanDeletePackaging`, apparently for one packaging link at a time. The next step is probably to see if there's some way that we can do these permission checks up-front in bulk.
