after reporting a bug one is only asked to report another bug about the same package

Bug Description

1. At <https://bugs.staging.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+filebug-advanced>, report a dummy bug.

The footer of the resulting bug report page contains a link to "Report another bug about firefox in ubuntu". But there is no option to report a bug about another package.
please add this choice there!

It would save time to fix bug 276798 at the same time as this bug.

This is a bug on launchpad, not on Ubuntu itself.

I don't understand this bug report. Andrew, can you try to describe it more thoroughly? Please add links to where you started reporting a bug and any error/notification message you have received.
