Launchpad looks like a webpage of 1990. It's web interface is complicated and hard to use. Even reading text requires effort, all the comments looks like code samples and reading it for some time tires eyes. I know Canonical doesn't make money from this website but still just the overall UI improvement shouldn't cost a lot of money while it'll improve the experience greatly.
