Comment 10 for bug 125987

Having navigation available to complete information on uploaded packages would return the page to usefulness. Showing a trimmed default would be acceptable, but the page should indicate this with language such as "Last N uploaded packages", and should include *every* upload in that set (I'm not sure why you choose "60/$(num_types)" for the definition of N, but it doesn't really matter: I'm not likely to be interested in that data).
