I am doing a openstack autopilot install on 5 physical machines. One of the machines show this 'failed deployment' error during the install. I think it has something to do with the kernal not knowing about the harddrive partitions but I am looking for suggestions.

Please let me know if you need me to provide any more info or whether the debug files automatically submitted are sufficient.
