Yep, the screenshot above shows correct Arabic characters so I modified
LANGUAGE variable in my ubuntu then I got correct characters but in
Windows the problem still exist although I changed the LANG variable to
LANG=En
My suggestion for fixing this problem is putting combo box in Welcome
widget for choosing language interface instead of auto selection of
language.

* I modified the translation of Keryx since months ago but I noticed
that you didn't use my modifications (the current translation is
too bad).
* In Windows, I tried to change language of the system by adding the
