Editing Tool for People Directory

Since this an enhancement vs. a bug (and a decent sized development
effort), we probably should put that on the backlog and get it slotted
along with other work.

To prepare for the iteration planning meeting, I converted this to a Blueprint (Launchpad's facility for tracking enhancements instead of bug reports.) I'm thus marking this Wishlist item as "Invalid" as we won't be tracking it as a bug report until the enhancement is approved as part of an iteration.

The work for Phases 1 and 2 of the blueprint is now done and available
for review on the OSI staging branch.

I was just looking at the Blueprint - which looks good to me for the most part, but I was confused about all the items listed in Phase 2. What is CRUD?
