In the meantime, I've proposed a patch to update all projects that were hosted on googlecode which is now closed.

Anyway, rapidjson-0.11 should indeed be hosted in contrail-third-party-cache, as this version is not any more proposed as a project release: https://github.com/miloyip/rapidjson/releases
